What platform do you use for online lessons?

Google Meet. The link is included in your confirmation email after booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?

Yes, at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are counted as a used lesson.
What do I need to prepare?

Just your motivation and a microphone! No textbook needed for the first class.
Will the schedule show in my time zone?

Yes, the booking calendar adjusts automatically to your local time zone.

How do I pay?

All payments are made securely via PayPal. You can pay with a credit card or your PayPal balance.
Do you offer refunds?

Unused lessons in a package can be refunded. Please contact me at least 48 hours in advance.

How do I access my course after purchase?

You will receive an email with a download or access link immediately after payment is confirmed.
Can I download the PDF files?

Yes! All PDF purchases are yours to keep and download as many times as you need.
